TERMS AND CONDITIONS


I will ask you to read to these T&C’s before we can work together. 

WORKING PRACTICES-

Of course I am happy to do light dusting and hoovering whilst decluttering, however I am not a professional cleaner so will be concentrating on organising.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY-

We may choose to move things around but I cannot lift extremely large/heavy furniture for safety reasons. So if there is something you’d like moving please find willing volunteers to do so prior to me arriving.

 

RUBBISH REMOVAL-

I am more than happy to drop donations to the charity shop for you free of charge but I do not have a licence to remove rubbish or take items to the recycling centres so you may wish to ask a friend/family member to help you if you cannot do this yourself.

SAFETY-

Please let me know if anyone in your household is currently unwell on the day of your booking.

Please inform me when booking if anyone in your household smokes inside the house or if you have any pets.

TRAVEL-

I am based in Brookwood, Surrey. I cover Surrey and surrounding areas. I can travel but please be aware that travel fees may apply, depending on your location. Price given on request.   

 

PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS-

If a face to face consultation is needed, these are charged at £20.

A 50% deposit will be required when booking, to secure the dates requested.

This deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance will be due at the end of the session.

I do understand that unforseen circumstances arise which may mean you cannot avoid rescheduling your appointment.

If you reschedule your booking more than 14 days before the session date there will be no charge and the deposit will be transferred to the new booking. 

If you reschedule your booking less than 14 days before the session date your deposit will be transferred to the new booking with a £50 admin fee to pay.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full.

SUPPLIES-

Client agrees to provide supplies necessary for the completion of the project. (Bin bags, cardboard boxes, parcel tape). If storage containers are needed, I can source these for you. 

 

INSURANCE-

I am fully insured to provide the services I offer and can provide a certificate of my insurance if you so wish. 

CONFIDENTIALITY-

Organised Living will hold all clients personal information in confidence. Client releases all rights to before and after photos, to be used by Organised Living at their discretion. No names will be mentioned on social media but if you do not want photos shared please inform me when booking.
